1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The SEO Marketplace (the “Service”), operated by The SEO Marketplace (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Service provides documentation and evaluation summaries for historically used aged domains acquired and held by The SEO Marketplace as part of its independent digital asset portfolio. These summaries are intended to assist prospective buyers in assessing potential rebuild or authority redirect deployment strategies prior to acquisition.

The SEO Marketplace is not a broker, registrar, escrow provider, or intermediary platform. We do not facilitate transactions between third parties. Any acquisition represents a direct asset transfer from our portfolio to the buyer via mutually agreed transfer methods.

3. Eligibility

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Vetting Disclaimer & Due Diligence

The SEO Marketplace provides forensic-level audits on every listed asset, including historical utility analysis, backlink decomposition, spam attribution, and archive verification. These audits represent our findings at the time of evaluation and are intended to provide transparency, not a guarantee.

Assets listed within the Service may be acquired for purposes including brand rebuild or authority redirect deployment. Suitability for any deployment strategy—including search engine indexing, ranking signal retention, or traffic continuity—depends on post-acquisition implementation and is not guaranteed by The SEO Marketplace.

Our documentation reflects historical usage and backlink structure at the time of review. It does not constitute a warranty of deployment outcome, indexing status, ranking performance, or signal transfer following rebuild or redirect implementation.

Asset information may reference third-party metrics including Domain Authority (DA), Referring Domains (RD), backlink counts, traffic estimates, and similar measurements. These metrics are sourced from third-party providers (Moz, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.), are subject to change without notice, and are provided for reference only. We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or continued availability.

5. Transactions & Domain Transfers

Transactions may be facilitated through third-party platforms including but not limited to Flippa, Afternic, Dan.com, or direct escrow services. You agree to comply with the applicable terms of any third-party platform involved in the transaction.

Domain transfers are initiated via Auth Code delivery or registrar Account Push. Once a domain transfer has been initiated, the transaction is considered final. Post-transfer deployment outcomes—including indexing, redirect signal consolidation, or ranking behavior—are the sole responsibility of the acquiring party.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive practices
  • Distribute malware or attempt unauthorized access to any system
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service
  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service without authorization

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding associated with the Service are the intellectual property of The SEO Marketplace unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, nor do we guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or information provided through the Service.

We make no representation that any acquired domain will retain historical ranking signals following transfer, rebuild, or redirect implementation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The SEO Marketplace and its operators, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Service or any asset acquired through it.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The SEO Marketplace and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your acquisition and use of any digital asset.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
